If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Bring the item/s you would like to return along with the packing slip to our Capezio London store at 37 Endell Street, London, WC2H 9EE.
All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. A 10% refund deduction may apply if the item is not in it's original condition.
Your refund will be issued to the payment method originally used online.
Refunds typically take between 5-10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
