Delivery
Standard delivery is free on all orders of £50 and above.
Standard delivery: £4.95 on purchases less than or equal to £49.99
Next working day delivery: £6.95
A signature will be required upon delivery. We therefore highly recommend getting your order delivered to an address where you know someone will be able to sign for it. UPS will attempt delivery of your order twice, after which you will be given the choice between picking up your parcel from your local depot or pay a charge to have your parcel re-delivered at a more convenient time.
Note
Shipping Note: there are no shipments on weekends or bank holidays.
Returns
We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens we offer a simple returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from Capezio.uk. If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The same applies, of course, to any Capezio.uk product with a defect in craftsmanship or material. Refunds will only be issued to original form of payment, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Steps on how to return items online:
- Enter Order number and email address, then press “Find your Order”.
- Select the item/s you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and click “Done”.
- Click “next” and review your return.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Steps on how to return items to our Capezio London Store:
- Bring the item/s you would like to return along with the packing slip to our Capezio London store at 37 Endell Street, London, WC2H 9EE.
- All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. A 10% refund deduction may apply if the item is not in it's original condition.
- Your refund will be issued to the payment method originally used online.
- Refunds typically take between 5-10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

What items can I return?
- Items in an unused and resalable condition may be returned for a refund.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note: You have 30 days from receiving your order to create a return.
What items are non-returnable?
- Gift cards.
- Tights, Foundation Collection (including Briefs & Camisole Leotards) and Dance Belts may not be returned once opened.
- Products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of the shoe, make-up, deodorant or hair visible).
What if my item is damaged?
For faulty or damaged items, please email your order number and a photo of the item/s to euinfo@capezio.com.
Can I exchange items?
Exchanges are not available online.
Exchanges may be available instore subject to availability.
What are my refund options?
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Refund as a gift voucher (if applicable).
How do I ship returns?
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 30 days after the return is received.
