Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders of £50 and above.

Standard delivery: (3-5 working days) £4.95
Next working day delivery: (Order placed by 13:00pm) £6.95
Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man delivery: (3-5 working days) £9.95

For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 13:00 PM; those placed after this time may be shipped the following day.

Please note we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery service to the following locations:

• Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Northern Ireland
• England/Scotland Border

We therefore recommend choosing our Standard Delivery Service if you are located in one of these areas.

Please ensure when selecting a delivery address someone will be available to receive the parcel. Evri will attempt delivery up to three times. Should all attempts be unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to sender.

You may also choose to divert your delivery to an alternative address or arrange for it to be left in a designated safe place by entering your tracking number into Evri.com and following the instructions.

Note

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns

At Capezio, we understand how important it is to have the perfect fit to perform your best. To help ensure that, we offer a straightforward returns policy on all purchases made directly from Capezio.uk. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund. This policy also applies to any Capezio.uk products that have a manufacturing or material defect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed. Exchanges are not available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; therefore we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Steps on how to return items online:

  1. Enter Order No from your confirmation email, and your email address or postal code, then press “Find your Order”.
  2. Select the item/s you wish to return.
  3. Select the reason for the return and click “Done”.
  4. Click “next” and review your return.
  5. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Steps on how to return items to our Capezio London Store:

  1. Bring the item/s you would like to return along with the packing slip to our Capezio London store at 37 Endell Street, London, WC2H 9EE.
  2. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. A 10% refund deduction may apply if the item is not in it's original condition.
  3. Your refund will be issued to the payment method originally used online.
  4. Refunds typically take between 5-10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Returns and Refunds FAQs

What items can I return?

All Capezio products may be returned, however items must be received in newunused, and resalable condition with all original labels attached.

Please note: You have 30 days from receiving your order to create a return.

What items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns and will not issue a refund or credit for any items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Are returned with labels or tags removed
  • Show signs of use, including fluff, lint, hair, deodorant marks, makeup, odours, or stains
  • Are returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale

Items returned in a non-resalable condition will be rejected and may be
returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of, at our discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or
misdescribed goods.

What if my item is damaged?

For faulty or damaged items, please email your order number and a photo of the item/s to euinfo@capezio.com.

Can I exchange items?

Exchanges are not available online.
Please proceed with a return and place a new order as required.

What are my refund options?
  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund as a gift voucher (if applicable).
How do I ship returns?
